Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team, specializing in the construction of industrial machine control panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and wiring control panels for various industrial applications, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a high degree of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex electrical schematics.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings to build control panels.

• Assemble electrical components, such as circuit breakers, relays, and PLCs, into control panel enclosures.

• Perform precise and neat wiring and labeling according to established standards.

• Test and troubleshoot control panels for functionality and continuity using multimeters and other diagnostic tools.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and other technicians to ensure project specifications are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

• Document any changes or issues encountered during the build process.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED; a technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in electrical assembly and control panel building.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring practices, and safety regulations.

• Experience using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
