The revised Finance Ambitions serve as our strategic foundation, comprising four key areas: Digital: Evolve to a world-leading data and digital-driven function Resource allocation: Enhance value through effective resource allocation Commercial: Enable key launches and maximize profitable top-line growth People: Thrive in a high-performing organization This position is based on-site in Indianapolis and partners with various leadership teams within Roche Diagnostics Finance. You will primarily collaborate with the Head of Finance Diagnostics North America and the Heads of Finance for Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and Roche Informations Solutions (RIS), while also contributing to other initiatives as needed. Key Responsibilities Business Acumen Align P&C strategy, goals, and objectives with overall business strategies; translate strategies into actions that drive results; collaborate on talent management, workforce strategies, organization design, and recognition programs. Maintain broad knowledge of organizational leadership and operations; use insights and metrics to diagnose issues and inform strategies. Recommend process improvements to leverage human capital; ensure initiatives provide measurable ROI that adds organizational value. Stay informed about external benchmarks and peer groups to guide strategic decisions. Leadership Act as a strategic sparring partner and coach to foster VACC leadership and culture. Diagnose P&C needs, address issues related to retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development; partner with relevant teams and use assessment tools. Drive change initiatives, influence leaders, and mentor P&C professionals to achieve desired outcomes. Strategic P&C Insights & Innovation Gather and analyze data, benchmarks, and metrics; share insights and recommend innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals. Identify root causes of workplace issues and organizational inefficiencies; collaborate with stakeholders to develop interventions. The expected salary range for this position in Indiana is $102,600 to $190,500, with actual pay determined by experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
