What experience should you have:

• 12+ years of experience architecting and engineering technical cloud-based solutions to meet business outcomes and non-functional requirements.
• Experience implementing foundational cloud platforms (e.g., landing zones, IAM, VPC, networking) to enable scalable and secure [Google] Cloud adoption.
• Expertise in a wide range of Google Cloud products and services (e.g., Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE etc.) and broader IaaS solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, systems virtualization etc.).
• Hands-on experience creating comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Proven experience in delivering complex technical designs and architecture.
• At least one Google Cloud Professional level certification.

What you'll be doing in this role:

• Conduct GCP Data Architecture and AI/ML Workshops.
• Participate actively in the further development of frameworks, service concepts, service domains and products in the company.
• Design and deliver architectures that are fit for purpose, assessing the customer requirements and constraints - don't have someone who does this right now.
• Create solution architecture and technical design documents.
• Assist in sales to new and existing customers.
• Actively contribute to continuous learning for yourself and your colleagues.

What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:

• Take responsibility for delivery teams to ensure comprehensive implementation of customer projects.
• Successfully lead the technical architecture and delivery of Google Cloud solutions for clients.
• Effectively translate customer problems into technical terms and create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) during presales activities.
