Full-Time Live-In Nanny for Newborn (Long-Term)

Location: Newnan, GA
Schedule: Overnights the first 3 months. then Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Rate: $30–$35/hour
Start Date: August 2025
Commitment: Long-Term
Live-In: Private bedroom and bathroom, parking provided
NEWBORN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A warm, welcoming family in Newnan, Georgia, is seeking an experienced full-time live-in nanny to care for their new baby. The role begins with overnight support for the first three months, then transitions to a daytime schedule. This is a long-term opportunity to join a household with strong support staff (housekeepers, maintenance, and house manager) and be part of a loving and vibrant home. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, grounded, and adaptable to a busy, nature-filled environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overnight infant care (first 3 months), then full-time daytime care
• Feeding, diapering, naptime support, and soothing
• Engaging baby in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Daily tidying of nursery, baby laundry, bottle prep/cleaning
• Light housekeeping related to baby
• Occasional travel with the family (starting next year)
• Collaborating with housekeepers and house manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Extensive newborn care experience
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Flexible with schedule and responsive to family needs
• Comfortable working alongside other staff in the home
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the home
• Pet-friendly and able to maintain a clean, positive environment
• Must be passport-ready and open to occasional travel (travel begins next year)
• Provide 3–5 professional references
• Must have U.S. work authorization
• Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
