Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about event logistics and client service.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning and logistics from pre-production to post-event wrap-up
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party service providers
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution
Help prepare event materials, including signage, guest lists, and schedules
Manage communication with clients and internal teams to keep projects aligned
Maintain inventory of event supplies and assist with setup and breakdown
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
