Volt is hiring a Temporary Production Operator for a company located in Hillsboro, OR.

**6 month Temporary Role -- 1st and Third Shift**

As a Production Operator you will be:

  • Running and monitoring jobs to meet daily production goals.
  • Following documented procedures such as Process Alerts and Manufacturing Instructions when testing and handling materials.
  • Using basic tools like Excel and web-based platforms to track job status, prioritize tasks, and enter data.
  • Supporting routine inventory counts.
  • Reporting failed components by initiating non-conforming material reports.
  • Performing quality checks and providing feedback to other technicians.
  • Troubleshooting basic problems in your assigned area.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45am - 3:45pm OR 3pm – 11:30pm

Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE

Qualified Candidates will have :

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Good judgment for solving low-complexity problems.
  • Comfort using email for communication.
  • Technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
