Job Description
Deaconess Illinois is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our growing team. The Emergency Medicine Physician Team is a hospital employed physician group made up of full-time physicians as well as supplemental physicians.
Ideal Candidates
- BC/BE Family Medicine Physician; prior EM experience and/or fellowship training in Emergency Medicine is preferred but not required.
- Licensed in Illinois (or willing to obtain licensure)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- J1 Visa candidates are welcome to apply

- Competitive Compensation: Average annual compensation of $330K ($200 per Hr)

Work Schedule:
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Day: 7am - 7pm, Night: 7pm - 7am).
- Shift Requirements: 144 shifts/year (full-time). 1728 Hours
- Patient Encounters: Average of 30-55 patient encounters in a 24 hour period
