Position Overview: We’re seeking reliable and motivated Sprinter Van / Non-CDL Drivers to join our team of professional contractors. This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility, independence, and meaningful work that supports healthcare and community operations.

Responsibilities: Safely transport packages, materials, and medical supplies between clients, clinics, and facilities. Maintain communication with dispatch and customers. Follow delivery schedules and handle packages with care and confidentiality. Ensure timely pickups and deliveries within assigned routes. Keep vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition (if company-provided).

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Medical courier or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate local routes efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass a background check (open to review of prior offenses on a case-by-case basis).
• Immediate availability preferred — hiring ongoing based on project needs.
