Position: Experienced Forklift Operator


Location: Puyallup, WA


Pay: $23/hour


Experience:

1. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in operating Reach, Cherry Picker, and sit-down forklifts. (Required)
2. 2 to 5 years of recent work experience. (Required)

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (Ability to work OT as needed)

Job Description:

1. Safely operate sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks
2. Load and unload trailers and containers with precision
3. Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse areas
4. Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
5. Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance as needed
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
7. Follow OSHA, MSDS, and all safety standards
8. Participate in ongoing training and skill-building sessions

Position Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in operating Reach, Cherry Picker, and sit-down forklifts. (Required)
2. 2 to 5 years of recent work experience. (Required)
3. Excellent communication skills (Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently)
4. Must be a self-starter and possess excellent customer service skills.
5. Ability to perform basic mathematical equations (i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
6. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
7. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
8. Must have reliable transportation.
9. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
10. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
