Director of Patient Engagement is responsible for providing leadership, process development, management and general oversight of all patient conflict throughout GSDM. The Director conducts investigations, provides resolutions, meets with community stakeholders to answer questions, and develops and implements training and patient resolution in partnership with assigned departments. The role plays a critical part in the overall success of patient care and the development of patient interaction with current students and faculty.
