They are seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data Science & AI team, focusing on the Healthcare sector. Job Responsibilities Partner with Portfolio Managers to identify and frame key investment debates in the Healthcare sector. Use advanced techniques like LLMs, graph analytics, and machine learning to create high-accuracy, low-latency predictions. Leverage AI to extract insights and deliver solutions for Portfolio Management teams. Lead the development of data products and scale solutions to drive alpha generation. Contribute to sector-level data strategies and drive engagement and adoption of the team’s products. Innovate with investment staff to brainstorm creative applications of data in the investment process. Qualifications 4+ years in data science, data analytics, or a related field. BS or MS in mathematics, finance/economics, computer science, information management, statistics, engineering, or technology. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience or familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering. Deep knowledge and intellectual curiosity in Healthcare, including healthcare claims data analysis and medical trial simulation modeling. Familiarity with data analytics tools (Databricks/Spark, Snowflake), visualization tools (matplotlib, plotly, Tableau), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
