Creative Director — Nutrition Solutions
Location: Tampa, FL (On-site)
Type: Full-Time

We’re seeking a bold, high-energy Creative Director who is ready to lead, inspire, and execute with precision. You’ll drive the vision and strategy behind our brand storytelling, digital marketing, AI, and customer engagement.

This is not a “corporate” marketing role- it’s a leadership position inside a performance-driven culture that values action, results, and impact. You’ll work directly with our CEO and marketing teams  to elevate our message, expand our reach, and continue building a brand that changes lives daily.

This role is heavily focused on social media strategy, content creation, and storytelling- particularly growing our presence on YouTube, Tiktok IG, and other key platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive creative vision that strengthens our brand, builds community, and drives meaningful engagement online.

 

• Own the full marketing content, creative angles, and brand strategy-from creative direction to execution across all platforms
  
   
• Tell our story to the world while maintaining a standard of excellence, creativity, discipline and attention to detail
  
   
• Oversee  content creation, brand campaigns, social media, and influencer partnerships that embody our mission
  
   
• Create storytelling that inspires our audience- blending our company culture, product, mission, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle transformation
  
   
• Manage and create content in both short form and long form for all social media channels
  
   
• Develop and implement a strategic YouTube content plan-  including video storytelling, production oversight, client/influencer reviews, and channel growth optimization
  
   
• Plan, script, and oversee high-quality video and photo shoots designed for social media storytelling and brand awareness
  
   
• Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to create consistent, engaging narratives across YouTube, Instagram, FB, TikTok, and other emerging channels
  
   
• Analyze and optimize performance data to drive engagement, retention, and audience growth- using insights to inform future creative direction
  
   
• Collaborate across departments to align marketing with company goals, product launches, and client success stories
  
   
• Protect and evolve the brand voice- ensuring every piece of content reflects who we are and what we stand for

• A creative  leader with exceptional attention to detail who leads from the front- you set the tone through your results, energy, and standards.
  
   
• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership (preferably within fitness, nutrition, or e-commerce).

• Results driven problem solving professional seeking a higher calling 

• Minimum of (3) years working specifically in content creation- video editing, creative angles, scripts, graphics, high quality imagery etc.
  
   
• Deep expertise in social media content strategy, brand storytelling, AI, and organic audience growth
  
   
• Strong creative instincts- with the ability to turn vision into powerful campaigns
  
   
• Comfortable executing and managing  video production, creators, and influencers to execute high-quality storytelling
  
   
• Experience interpreting analytics and using insights to measure, report, and continually refine social and content strategy and performance
