Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist (Part-Time) – Desert Breeze Dentistry, Tempe, AZ
Location: Tempe, Arizona (in-office preferred, but hybrid option available)

Summary
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help us share the story, smiles, and success of Desert Breeze Dentistry .
If you’re passionate about health, aesthetics, and creating authentic content that connects with people — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the creative force behind our online presence — helping us educate, entertain, and engage our patients and community.
Your day-to-day includes:
Managing and growing our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
Planning and creating daily posts, videos, and short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Filming and editing behind-the-scenes videos , patient testimonials , and doctor educational clips .
Designing simple and eye-catching graphics and captions aligned with our brand style.
Monitoring analytics and engagement to optimize performance .
Staying ahead of social trends and bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
Skills & Qualifications
1+ year experience in social media marketing, video editing, and digital content creation .
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools .
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts , and what drives engagement.
Excellent writing skills for crafting captions, blog posts, and educational scripts .
Comfortable filming and interacting in a dental or healthcare setting.
Bonus: photography/videography experience or prior work with a dental/medical office.
