We're seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team on-site in Latham, NY . What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients with professionalism and precision
• Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, and day-to-day servicing needs
• Partner with producers and carriers to provide effective, tailored insurance solutions
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and documentation requirements
• Serve as a reliable point of contact and resource for clients and internal team members

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, markets, and carrier systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to client service and high attention to detail
