We seek a candidate with recent commercial or sales control experience who speaks fluent German. This position provides a unique opportunity for a motivated finance professional to play a strategic role, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support data-driven business decisions. The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent organisational abilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration to enhance business performance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing strategies, customer investments, and market development. Lead budget discussions and negotiations with key distribution partners. Oversee sales, pricing, and marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource efficiency. Integrate inputs from cross-functional teams for effective planning. Develop tools and reports to track KPIs, profitability, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends. Enhance controlling processes and implement budgeting, pricing, and performance tracking systems. Collaborate with IT to improve reporting and integration. Ensure accurate financial data, policy compliance, and support for financial statements. This role is critical in driving financial accuracy, strategic decision-making, and process efficiency to achieve commercial objectives. Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field. 5+ years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in commercial or sales controlling and expertise in pricing, sales planning, and budgeting. Advanced Excel, excellent knowledge of controlling, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in German and English. Authorisation to work in Germany.
