What You'll Do :

As part of our professional cleaning crew , you'll ensure every unit reflects our high standards of cleanliness and care. You'll play a key role in keeping our job sites organized, sanitary, and homeowner-ready throughout the renovation process:

• Perform daily housekeeping and post-construction cleaning in occupied residential units
• Execute tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and debris removal
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and hazard-free environment
• Communicate and coordinate with teams
• Follow site-specific safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines
• Represent SageWater with a professional attitude and respectful conduct

• Strong work ethic , reliability , and punctuality
• Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions , work independently, and stay on task
• Team player with a positive, solutions-driven attitude
• Comfortable working in occupied homes and active construction zones
• Daily reliable transportation to job site
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Requirements :

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Available for full-time, weekday work (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
