One of Insight Global's employees in the banking industries is looking for a Cash Management Services Associate to join their Transaction Banking Services team in their Iselin, NJ office (5 days onsite). This individual will play a vital role in the back-office cash management operations and ensuring compliance for all clients outgoing & incoming payments within their payments systems. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring the investigations of all payments, verify all daily reconciliations were performed correctly, managing the payment flow using different payments systems, validating FED/CHIPS balances and confirming real time positions including intraday liquidity, and communicating with various departments regarding specific transactions related to cash movements. This individual must have at minimum 3 years of back-office operations within banking/brokerage services using payments systems, specifically FEDWIRE, SWIFT, and CHIPs. It is essential that this individual has professional communication skills, as they will be working both internally with Sr. Management/Treasury but also externally with Federal Reserve representatives.

Experience with BCP Testing
3+ years of Cash Management transactions experience from either banking / brokerage firms
Bachelor's Degree
Experience using Montran JGPS or similar payments systems
Familiarity of banking compliance topics (KYC, AML, OFAC, etc.)
Experience processing transactions through FEDWIRE, SWIFT, or CHIPs
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and macros)
