Sealed Air is seeking a motivated professional to support the development of new packaging solutions for the food industry.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of packaging materials, equipment, industry-standard testing methods, and customer operations. Knowledge of food or meat science and how packaging or environmental factors affect product quality is essential. Experience in medical device or liquid pharmaceutical packaging is a plus.
This role involves creating and executing test plans, performing fitness-for-use evaluations, and communicating results and recommendations to internal teams and customers. In addition to developing new solutions, the position supports the business through training, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Collaboration with equipment, materials, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams is key to ensuring Sealed Air’s solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
