Apartment Maintenance Technician – Hortonville & New London, WI
Location: Based near Appleton, WI
Pay: $18–$22/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work between two residential communities in Hortonville and New London, WI (approximately 40 units each). This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional located in or near Appleton who is comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities across two sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and perform unit turnovers
General maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall
Ensure property safety and cleanliness
Coordinate time and tasks efficiently between both properties
Qualifications:
Prior residential or apartment maintenance experience preferred
Own basic hand tools
Reliable transportation
Strong time management and communication skills
