Accounts Payable Accountant | Large Multinational Company | Stuttgart Our client, a reputable multinational firm based in Stuttgart, seeks an accounts payable accountant to join its shared service centre. The centre serves as a central management point for the entire DACH region. The role is full-time and operates on a hybrid model. Accounts Payable Accountant Job Responsibilities: Processing incoming invoices and credits daily, including checking according to legal and internal guidelines. Handling accounting for intercompany transactions. Providing support with transfer pricing documentation. Digitally storing invoices following an electronic approval process. Posting invoices via the merchandise management system. Creating and maintaining creditor accounts. Supporting and participating in monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS/HGB. Candidate Profile: Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications with initial practical experience in accounts payable accounting. Strong affinity for numbers. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in an international team, high flexibility, self-motivation, endurance, and commitment. Strong problem-solving skills and process orientation. Proficiency in MS Excel.Excellent command of German and English.
